Matt currently serves as the Principal Sales Alliance Leader for IBM Technology’s U.S. Federal business. In this role, he helps to bring the IBM and Red Hat teams together to best serve our Federal clients with innovative hybrid cloud and AI solutions.

Over the past twenty-five years, Matt has worked in and with governments across the country in a variety of roles. Prior to joining IBM, he served as the Assistant Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Administration, where he led the State’s continuous improvement activities and other government reform efforts.

Matt has a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.
